The standard workflow News Text uses to select a topic, verify primary sources and image rights, approve publication, and monitor later corrections.

1. Topic selection and duplication check
A topic must offer timely public value or practical help and add something meaningful beyond existing coverage. We do not publish solely to fill an empty category, repeat keywords, or manufacture search demand.
2. Source hierarchy and timing
We start with responsible primary sources: government or institutional documents, statutes and rules, regulator material, company filings, and official service announcements. We record the source date, our verification time, and the applicable jurisdiction, audience, and period.
A claim that cannot be established from one authoritative release is checked against another independent source or clearly labeled as unconfirmed.
3. Drafting and AI assistance
Automation or AI may assist with organizing notes, a translation draft, or editing. AI output is not treated as a source. We do not claim expert review, interviews, field reporting, search volume, or image rights that did not actually occur.
4. Pre-publication verification
An editor checks names, organizations, figures, dates and time zones, jurisdiction, source links, headline-body consistency, and the creator, license, and modification record for every image. Health, finance, legal, government-benefit, and schedule coverage is rechecked at the responsible official source immediately before publication.
Articles distinguish general information from individualized medical, legal, tax, or investment advice and identify details readers must recheck before acting.
5. Approval, release, and monitoring
The responsible editor, Ryou hoin, reviews source support and risk language before publication. After release, we monitor official corrections, schedule changes, broken links, and reader reports. A material factual change receives an update or correction note.
